To do this sit on the floor with your legs crossed. Rest your hands upon your knees. Keep your breathing deep and evenly paced. After taking about five deep breaths, raise your arms up over your head while inhaling deeply. Slowly bring down your arms while exhaling. Repeat this for about five to seven times. The last exercise is The Cobra or the Bhujangasana. To perform this exercise, lay on your stomach, keeping your legs together. Keep your arms close to your side, while you hands are by your chest.
