Dieters may fret if they hear this word but calories are still important for me to increase my height.

Calories are not harmful but if my body has too much of it, that is dangerous. Calories are needed to process natural height growth. Calories, along with calcium and amino acids, help my body grow and pack it with energy. I need to complement my food intake with proper exercise.

There are lots of power exercises I can perform to increase my height naturally.There are stretching exercises for height enhancement. One example of these stretching exercises is lying in supine position with hands outstretched in one position while you move your feet to the opposite direction.

While on a dog position, I need to stretch my hands forward mimicking a dog or cat just getting up from sleep. A third recommended yoga position is downward facing dog. This exercise that targets the spine and legs mimic a dog being cuddled in the stomach while in supine position. While lying in my back, I stretch my hands and legs in the air.

Whether you are in puberty right now or past it, you can still do something to increase your height. I can increase my height naturally by considering my food consumption and get taller exercises. If it works for me, it should work for you too.
